Commercial Communications Consent

Consent to commercial electronic messages under Turkish Law No. 6563: the messages covered, how consent is given and how it may be withdrawn.

Scope

This text explains the commercial electronic messages that Ucuza Yükle Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Ucuza Yükle") may send, under Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communications and Commercial Electronic Messages.

The forms on the Site include a separate checkbox for receiving commercial electronic messages. The checkbox is unticked by default and ticking it is entirely optional; a form, application or request may be submitted without ticking it.

By ticking the box and submitting the form, the user consents to receiving commercial electronic messages at the email address and phone number provided in the form (by SMS, call and instant messaging).

Messages Covered

Within the scope of the consent, messages may be sent concerning:

  • Ucuza Yükle services, new routes and service updates,
  • the Join Us model and partnership opportunities,
  • trade fairs, events and campaigns.

Messages that reply directly to an application or request, or that relate to an existing business relationship, are not commercial electronic messages and may be sent regardless of this consent.

Merchants and Tradespeople

Under Turkish law, commercial electronic messages may be sent to merchants and tradespeople without prior consent. Such recipients may nonetheless opt out at any time as described below.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, free of charge and without giving a reason:

  • by using the opt-out link or instruction included in any message sent,
  • by emailing info@ucuzayukle.com,
  • through the Turkish Message Management System (İYS).

An opt-out is processed within the period set by law and no later than three business days, after which messages to the recipient are stopped.
