Fixed Dates in Both Directions
Exhibitors and event organisers work to dates that cannot move, and stand parts, display products, stage and sound equipment and boxes of brochures must be on site before build-up begins. Exhibition centres often limit vehicle access to set gates and time slots, and as the same materials have to return once the event closes, the return journey is planned together with the outbound one.

Where the stand and equipment fill a truck, our full load service is used, with the vehicle carrying only these materials and travelling directly to the venue. Customs and Transit
Materials that leave for an event and return afterwards may follow different customs steps from a standard export, so this needs to be discussed before the outbound journey; the general process is set out on the customs and transit page.
