Terms of Use

Terms for using the ucuzayukle.com website: content, prices and quotes, links to YoourCargo, intellectual property and governing law.

Parties and Acceptance

These terms govern the use of the ucuzayukle.com website (the "Site"), operated by Ucuza Yükle Lojistik Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Ucuza Yükle"). Any person using the Site is deemed to have accepted these terms. Persons who do not accept these terms should not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site

The Site is an informational corporate website about Ucuza Yükle, its services and the Join Us model. No transport contract is concluded, no payment is taken and no user account is created on the Site.

Signing in, registration, quotes, loads and vehicles are handled on the YoourCargo platform (yoourcargo.com), to which the relevant links on the Site lead. Use of YoourCargo is subject to that platform's own terms and policies.

Prices and Quotes

Prices and quotes are handled on YoourCargo. The final price and transport conditions are set in the quote issued through YoourCargo. Instant prices are not available for some vehicle types; in such cases, the Ucuza Yükle team provides a price upon a quote request.

Accuracy of Content

Care is taken to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. Content may change without notice and does not constitute a binding commitment on the scope, conditions or availability of services. Binding terms are set out in the contract between the parties.

Forms

The person submitting a form is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted through the Site's forms. Another person's information may not be submitted without that person's permission. Personal data sent through forms is handled as described in the privacy notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, trademarks, design and software, belongs to Ucuza Yükle or the respective rights holders. It may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used commercially without permission. Short quotations with attribution are permitted.

Acceptable Use

Users of the Site agree not to:

  • attempt to disrupt the Site or compromise its security,
  • use the forms with automated tools or to send bulk or misleading content,
  • act in breach of applicable law, including Turkish Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Internet Publications.

The Site may link to YoourCargo and other third-party websites. Ucuza Yükle is not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices.

Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is". Ucuza Yükle does not guarantee that the Site will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Ucuza Yükle is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Changes

Ucuza Yükle may update these terms when needed. The updated version applies from the moment it is published on this page.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers.
