Transit declarations are opened at our authorised consignor facilities in Çatalca and Kapıkule, and closed at our own facility for loads to Nuremberg.
Scope of Service
Goods travelling from Türkiye to Europe move under the transit procedure until they are cleared in the destination country; during this period a transit declaration is opened, a guarantee is provided and the declaration is closed on arrival. When these steps are handled separately from the transport, the paperwork passes through several hands and following it up falls to the shipper, which is why our customs and transit service manages them together with the transport plan.

In line with this approach, our team also handles the customs and transit work on our full truckload, part-load and express van transports from Türkiye to Europe.
Authorised Consignor and Authorised Consignee
An authorised consignor is a company approved by the customs authorities to open transit declarations at its own premises. We operate authorised consignor facilities in Çatalca, Kapıkule, Nuremberg and Ratingen. For loads leaving Türkiye the transit declaration is opened at our facility in Çatalca or Kapıkule.
An authorised consignee is a company that can close a transit declaration at its own premises on arrival. As our Nuremberg and Ratingen facilities also hold authorised consignee status, the declaration for loads bound for these facilities is closed there, again at our own facility.
Service Process
The process begins when details of the load, its destination and the documents already available are submitted through the form below, after which our team works out the required documents and the guarantee with the shipper. When the vehicle arrives at our Çatalca or Kapıkule facility, the transit declaration is opened and the goods travel under the transit procedure to their destination. For loads bound for Nuremberg the declaration is closed at our Nuremberg facility, while for other destinations the place of closure is agreed at the quotation stage.

Is domestic transport within Türkiye offered?
Ucuza Yükle operates solely in international transport, and domestic transport is outside the scope of its services. The priority markets are European countries, with Spain, Italy and Poland first.
Are services provided by road only?
Services are currently provided by road, while work on sea, air and rail freight continues and these services are coming soon. Drone transport is being developed within the scope of the same work.
