Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- reviewing Join Us and careers applications and arranging interviews with applicants,
- receiving service requests, starting the quotation process and replying to the requester,

Legal Bases and Method of Collection
Personal data is collected electronically when a form on the Site is completed and submitted. Source information (landing page, previous page, UTM parameters) is kept in the browser's session storage and is sent only together with a submitted form.
Data is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5 of the KVKK:
- Processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5(2)(c)): service requests, Join Us and careers applications.
- Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller (Art. 5(2)(ç)): statutory retention and reporting duties.
- Establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim (Art. 5(2)(e)): use of records as evidence in a possible dispute.
- The legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5(2)(f)): answering contact requests and processing source information.
- Explicit consent (Art. 5(1)): commercial electronic messages, and transfers abroad where explicit consent is required.
The consent checkbox for commercial messages is unticked by default. Ticking it is optional and does not affect the ability to submit the form.
Transfer of Personal Data
Form submissions are stored in Netlify Forms, a service of Netlify, Inc. (United States of America), which also hosts the Site. When a form is submitted, a notification email is sent to info@ucuzayukle.com. Netlify acts as a data processor on behalf of Ucuza Yükle.
Accordingly, personal data is transferred outside Türkiye. The transfer is carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad, based on one of the appropriate safeguards provided there.
Where required and permitted by law, personal data may also be disclosed to competent public authorities and courts.
The facility map on the home page is served with the Site and does not connect to external services.
Links to YoourCargo (yoourcargo.com) on the Site lead to a separate platform. Any information entered there is subject to YoourCargo's own privacy notice and policies.
Retention Period
Personal data is kept for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, and for the retention and limitation periods set by applicable law. After that, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised in line with the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.
Where consent for commercial messages is withdrawn, a record of the consent and its withdrawal is kept for the period required by law.
