Some paperwork must arrive as the original, and tender submissions, signed contracts, certified trade documents and files for a consulate all need to reach the recipient complete and on time. Although such shipments are light, a delay can hold up an entire transaction, and when documents travel together with product samples, a box of catalogues or a company stamp, the shipment can exceed what a standard courier parcel allows.

Planning is more straightforward when the contents, the name of the recipient and the full address are clear from the outset, and any restriction on delivery hours should be stated at the time of booking.
