Scope of Service

Our express van service covers small, urgent shipments from Türkiye to Europe that are not suited to waiting for a truck, such as a spare part, a product sample or a few boxes that need to reach a trade fair. For shipments of this kind, knowing the price in advance and having the goods leave as planned are the main considerations, while customs formalities apply in full regardless of the size of the load.

Our Approach

YoourCargo provides an instant price for minivans and panel vans, removing the need to wait for a quotation and allowing the booking to be created in the same place where the price is checked. Customs is handled by our team. The transit declaration is opened at our authorised consignor facility in Kapıkule, and for loads bound for Nuremberg or Ratingen it is closed at our facilities there, which are also authorised consignees.

Service Process

The process begins when the pickup and delivery points are entered on the quote page, and if the price shown is suitable, the booking is created on YoourCargo. Once the transport is planned, the van collects the goods from the pickup address, the transit declaration is opened at our Kapıkule facility and the goods are delivered at the destination.

Vehicles and Load Types

The service is intended for cargo that fits in a minivan or panel van, including parcels, samples, spare parts and documents. Cargo requiring a truck or semi-trailer has no instant price and is priced by our team, and for shipments that do not fill a vehicle we also offer part-load transport.
